Friend or Family Member picking up
Please understand that we will not check your pet out unless your outstanding bill has been settled. We have done this many times in good faith and then spent weeks attempting to settle the outstanding invoice.
We are happy to take your credit card over the phone or you may leave one on file. Again, no pet will be checked out with a friend/family member or pet sitter unless the invoice has been paid, no exceptions will be made.
